I came across this Hindu Biryani. Looks awesome. Is this how genuine Biryani is made? Indian members replies sought?

There is no such thing as hindu biryani, each region India has its different type & style of cooking biryani. Some are known by their places of origin, some by flavor and some puloa's even masquerade as biryani.I came across this Hindu Biryani. Looks awesome. Is this how genuine Biryani is made? Well, I know that. Food has no religion. But many here think food does Shahada. So to I could not resist taking a pot shot at them. And I agree Biryani in it's differant iterations is Indian as Modi. What I want to know is what sets it apart from Pilau? There is no such thing as hindu biryani,
I distinguish based on rice used, biryani is always cooked in basmati type rice/very fine grained rice and final dish when cooked properly does not become sticky rice. For biryani rice and spices with meat is cooked separately. Then they add the hot cooked spices to cooked rice in a layered manner and allow rice to absorb the spices in a container which is tightly sealed.Well, I know that. Food has no religion.
