LKY can do zilch with Indians, Tamils will be a different story.

To give an example, tell me any groundbreaking inventions done by any Singaporean or Chinese scientists. Also, that IQ list is dominated by East Asians who account for more than 100 in IQ. Imagine Chinese with High IQ of 106 couldn't put 10 people on Nobel Price list while relatively low IQ germans, Americans, Brits (99, 98, 100 rsptly) together may have at least 200+ people. (in Science)... While the superior IQ'ed land of 'Kittens' managed to get zero.
