Army reaction on decision by Special court about General Pervez Musharraf

.
Shocked but at the same time not shocked by the statement from ISPR. Army refuses to respect the law yet wants everyone else to follow it. Mushraf is a traitor, he violated Pakistan's constitution. An amry cheif can be a traitor, can be corrupt just like any other Pakistani. Shameful response from Army, putting their institution above Pakistan. Respecting army does not mean you forget the law or forget we fight for Pakistan not any institution. Anyone defending army should be ashamed, people vote the way they do because they put their trust in people and not the country, people vote for PPP, PML N and other corrupt parties knowing the are corrupt. You can respect an institution and still call them out, nothing wrong with that, we want Pakistan stronger not army. Black day for our country and people supporting this crap from ISPR? I assume majority on this forum are Muslim, as a Muslim it's our duty to stand for right, can you guys seriously defend this crap from army?

Confrontation is vivid and clear. Attorney General is also thoroughly screwing these two Penguin Judges.

Government + Military v Mafia Judiciary

System change is becoming a reality.

You've got the balls to bring Islam in defence of removal of corrupt governments!

Pathetic!

Game establishment ke haath se nikalti jaa rahi hai. We all know what happens when politicians push a ready-to-compromise tiger into a corner...

I never supported Musharraf or his actions, but this decision has no merit.

Abettors and all those who supported his earlier actions including the imposition of martial law have been given clean chit. Iftikhar Chaudary and other PCO judges who had declared the martial law legal as per "nazriya e zaroorat" and those who passed amendments in the parliament are all saints.

Nawaz, Zardari and other penthouse pirates along with Altaf's henchmen are all free. Those who stormed the hospital in Lahore will soon be free as well. These are the last few days of Justice Khosa's tenure and he is making political decisions for his own benefit. Diverting attention from the lawyers hooliganism and putting the military in a tight spot is also a reason why such decisions are coming out.

Not a long time ago, these same upholders of law and constitution were busy setting the likes of Malik Ishaq free. We musn't forget that as well.

What's wrong is wrong. Whether it is the corrupt generals awarding contracts to their siblings or ex cheap justice of Pakistan setting mass murderers free and scoring political points. This decision because of its timing is purely an attempt at confrontation and not what it claims to be.

The one who referred to Ayub as "daddy" and the other whose rohani baap was mard-e-momin mard-e-haq have long whitewashed their sin of being nurtured by the military without even saying sorry.

Our judges are far more shrewd and cunning, as compared to these generals. Thy gauged that PA is currently in a weak position and thus launched their attack. As simple as that.
What is interesting is why all of them have all of a sudden turned full-time anti-army ? The timing first of Bajwa case and now this is very critical considering Khosa's imminent retirement.

People on this forum who voted for Nawaz Sharif and Zardari are calling other people traitors. And this decision against General Pervez Musharraf is unjust and wrong time to shoot all our wannabe be gangster lawyers and appoint lawyers who have some self respect

Surprised to see how openly pakistanis could bash their supreme court judges..in any civilised country such bashers would be behind the bars.
Even Indians with all the corruption wouldnt disrespect or bash supreme court judges openly like this..the recent example is babri masjids judgement..no muslim talked against judges or judgement..they simply expressed their displeasure...
For a smooth and peaceful functioning of any country it is important its citizens respect their judiciary.

A large number of superior judges are anti-army. They were only waiting for an opportune moment for attack and they have done it. They felt that currently PA is substantially "khassified", courtesy General Bajwa. This assessment have lead to this action.
