This new style of ninth generation warfare of banning each others channels is truly shallow by both countries. They're under the illusion that by placing bans on each other they're winning some sort of imaginary war. But whether we like this fact or not we are a lot more reliant on Indian media than vice versa, we are shooting ourselves in the foot. Of course we wont die without Indian media but it makes up most of our entertainment industry.

I have not cone across any news of Indiabbanning Pakistani movies, where'd you come across that info?

Btw I have heard movies being banned in Pakistan for reasons such as Muslim girl falling in love with a Hindu boy. The sensitivities you guys have

Buddy trust me I share the same sentiments on the matter. Just last month there was a huge uproar for the ban of the movie padvamant for its (pretty accurate) portrayal of Allaudin Khilji. I couldn't even wrap my head around the fuss, what Pakistani today would associate himself with some foreign muslim leader from the 15th century ? Sad state of affairs tbh.

man i have zero knowledge about history and even less about biography of these people......

criticism is always welcomed...but it should remain academic not political in nature.... that is what civics tell you....

the fact of the matter is..... he is refereed to as muslim conqueror more than afghani conqueror or whatever his place of origin was.

There was a drama called udaari on HUMTV a couple months ago regarding a step father sexually abusing her own daughter, the network received a warning and the drama was barred from airing because supposedly the idea was so far fetched and fahash (in a society where 80% of sexual abuse is done by relatives). We want change in the country but don't want to change ourselves sadly , we will riot for children victim to this but do nothing to help those who have yet to face them.
