If Iran catches a Baloch terrorist trying to disrupt Irani interests Iran can do what ever Iran wants with him and If Pakistan catches a Irani Baloch terrorist Pakistan can do what ever Pakistan wants. Jadhav is a Baloch terrorist from the Irani side of the border and Pakistan can hang him without any restriction. Call the Irani ambassador to India and protest in front of him not on PDF.

and where does that article says that field court martial is not a proper court? infact it was a norm in world war 2 and nearly all subsequent wars... this is how spies are dealt with

Please learn to read. The article above describes precisely (see the use of the word in the above highlighted).
Where are the "regualarly constituted courts"? Where is judicial guarantee? Who was even defending Jadhav in court?
So what it doesn't give you is an option outside of this manner of dealing with spies. Field court martial is not an option.
Why don't you show me where a secret military court ruling and exceptions to it in the Geneva convention are mentioned? I'm all ears.

A public hearing should have this information openly available. Military or civilian. If not, its not providing "judicial guarantees" to the defendant. So Let's hear it!

If you guys want to defend him please tell the name of the attorney you people want for Jadhav and I will make sure he get that attorney but there is one problem now you want attorney for Jadhav or the Hussain Mubarak dude?

Look Lady Pakistan is going to hand an Irani citizen Kulbushan Jadhav but we have no info where the Indian citizen Hussain Mubarak is.
