If you have been following the establishment of Pakistani Military courts the defendant or the terrorist can chose the attorney of his choice that is why these court were delayed but India is not providing him with one. Because My point becomes valid here as he was caught with Irani passport of Jadhav only Iran can provide him that attorney. So I ask you again, who is the attorney attached to this case if it were in line with the Geneva convention for handling of spies. Yet to be answered by you. Clearly this is a Kangaroo court where the military has decided to kill this defendant (presumed innocent until proven guilty) and will do so without making any evidence public except a flimsy confession which could easily come under duress.

And even if we for an insane second believe he was caught with an Iranian passport (according to you), please show me any semblance of news where Iran even acknowledged that this happened, or confirmed that the passport found in possession was indeed a fake. Clearly for an event of this magnitude would have been picked up by the mass media in India and Pak and vehemently denied by the Iranians. Hell even your Pak govt. and army would be screaming to get answers from the Iranians. So sorry, no bueno on the BS.

The fellow has no rights to Geneva convention as he falls not under being a spy but he is convicted for terrorism. Spying is gathering info. Terrorism is killing civilians to create fear and disrupting a society and social life of a state.

Its not about Amnesty. I hate that organisation as well. But it is about Natural justice. When you are trying an International citizen its mandatory the embassy is roped in, can be provided the best possible layer (paid for by his country or family), and most importantly transparency. Kasab was provided an good defence lawyer, media was let in, and the whole world knew how the trial proceeded.
