Under custody you can make each and every confession fron any one . No court in world believe these type of things . Whatever he is Indian or not he deserves free trial as he is human . Only on presumption and statement made by a person under custody you are going to punish a innocent person . And that is why India is saying that it is a murder . And it is a truth .

Because India it's self is saying he is an EX-Indian Navy officer and India has demanded his release and then we provided the info that he was a terrorist. Now if India wants him back India has to admit that India was trying to indulge it self in terrorist activities in Pakistan and only then Pakistan can reach a deal with India. If India wants to admit Jadhav as an Indian officer India also needs to take the burden of his crimes as well. If India denies that Jadhav was acting alone then Jadhav falls under the punishment of terrorism but If India admits the Jadhav was acting on order from Indian Gov only then Jadhav can be treated as a military officer.

Under Muslim law you have to pay jaziah and If India accepts the killing of all those people and pays the blood money to the victims may be India can save Jadhav but until India rejects the claims that Jadhav was not an Indian employee India can do nothing. First India has to admit that India Gov was involved in terrorist activities in Balochistan only then India can provide Jadhav some help so curse your Gov for not supporting Jadhav. We also punish human for the safety of many other animal . India is sovereign country having rules for safety of its citizens and even few animal spices . Now body can kill endanger and protected spices , whatever he would be , will get treatment . It it not Pakistan where few people katar come to do what not allowed in even katar too .
