Can you produce a signed contract / bond by that doctor that he won't remember the names of his patients?
He didn't share any data with anyone .......... why you no understand that. He used internet to send an add request to one of his patients .......... if he is married his wife has access to his FB account, he may have wanted to join the followers of a sister of a celebrity ...... how do you prove that his intent was malicious? You are acting like people who felt insecure when they saw Faisal mosque lit in pink ...... because somehow word breast made them feel uncomfortable with the whole idea ....... and they thought its blasphemous.
He used confidential information which should've only stayed within the realms of strictly treating the patient but not adding her on Facebook. That is misconduct and unethical on his part as well as unprofessional. Also taking advantage of customer information.
FYI: I supported the Pink theme on Faisal Mosque #JustSaying.
if he asks you lay upside down you do that or go to some haqqani area .......
that little insecure woman with garbage in her mind.
If this image is correct, and these are the two sisters ........ well I would like to hang the doctor upside down (for his taste of women and that too if he wanted to be tharki, jamahir's taste is far more better than this doc in that case).
its the same way when you give your phone number to any fast food chain and the local vendors start texting you with their deals

Sharmeen was wrong to make a commotion over it and should've dealt with the case privately instead accusing the whole Country. Yes the sack was a harsh decision and other means of disciplinary should've taken place.

A doctor who can touch you while examining, who can operate on you when you are anesthetized ...... but if he remembers your name and tries adding you to his circle of online associates / friends .... that's a big issue for you? Do you realise the stupidity? For goodness sake her name is not confidential ....... I didn't know her name, her face but still I was able to dig her pic from internet. How do you hold doctor liable for breach of confidentiality in such a situation? Under what law? And what harm he brought to her by an online request?
I read PDF and that remark was made to make you realise how you sound like when you are accusing a doctor for nothing.
Yes it is an unwarranted invite and is strictly professional so it does make it unethical however as I mentioned the sack was a harsh decision.
I am not arguing the sack decision, Chinoy is an Agha Khani she may have links in hospital administration.
No its not an unwarranted invite, he had an online privilege at his disposal, and he used it nothing stopped him from doing that, the woman had the privilege to ignore it but she preferred making a fuss about it. Weren't you the one saying if someone asks me out gently and in a well mannered fashion, even though if I don't want to go out with him, I will refuse politely?
Why did you quote me without my permission? Did I warrant your response?
My last try .......... ziada tar bibio say mayri ainway v nai banti, q k mostly mujay akal say paidal lagti hain.
What Is So Confidential About A Facebook Page??????
And This Is The True Face of Sharmeen Chinoy. She Is Just Another NGO Aunty Who Exploits Other Women For Personal Benefits
The doctor did act unethically here but firing him was a bit harsh dont you think?
