Ok No 18 sqn paf is sharp shooter,
Shooter sqn is another sqn or temp sqn more of lead in fighter trainer / LIFT sqn flying F-7p retired by all paf sqn and still able to fly since it’s airframe had hours left

so rumor is last f-7p sqn No 18 sharp shooter converted fro f-7 to jf-17B

the temp LIFT sqn will last till no hours are left on f-7

Only two units now operating F-7P i.e Shooters and CCS, both dont fall under the title of a proper squadron but yes as long as F7s are being operated,these two units will stay as well.

Point interception (Air field defense) of less capable in Air indian assets like Jaguars. Perhaps new roles would be to protect the strike corpse from UAV and Helicopter threats..
