He's saying that the capital should've been invested in FATA, not Lahore.
Opening a restaurant in FATA? IS that even possible right now?

Notice how I said "capital". A restuarant is not the only venture. But the issue isn't timing -- it's a general issue -- if people like Afridi had invested in FATA say a decade ago, we would not have such of a problem there as we have now.
Afridi is opening a restaurant for earning money. Not for welfare. It is the responsibility of the govt that you want Afridi to perform.
There's a difference between welfare and conducting one's business morally.
And what morality Afridi actually violated?
The fact that he chose to run a business completely for profit, rather than trying to benifit the people of his own improvished area at the same time. It seems you haven't been able to get the hint: this isn't an ad hominem against Afridi, it's a general point.

Dont get me wrong, the guy is from FATA, lived in Karachi and invested in Lahore?

Karachi is not protecting his investment so he moves his money to Lahore. I still do not understand which Local community protection you meant.. You mean to say he should only invest and sink in Karachi?

local community protection laws should be introduced before its too late and Lahore becomes another Karachi !
P.S. again dont get me wrong please.
I love Karachi as much as I love any part of Pakistan
he must have got himself a local partner...thats for sure.
