The reason situation is hostile towards Pakistan and positive towards India is because Pakistan foreign policy in Afghanistan failed.

Afghans are fighting an insurgency. A lot people are dying. A lot of innocent people. When you see that leadership of that insurgency lives in Pakistan you don't just start appreciating that. Mullah Omar died in Pakistan. Mullah Mansor traveled to Iran on Pakistani passport and got killed in Pakistan. When Taliban leadership flies to Qatar for meeting they fly from Pakistan and so on. You gotta see both side of the picture.

Who created TTP?

Was just stating facts. Why would i state otherwise? Didn't say it was good or bad. It is what it is. Majority of Pakistan is moderate as evident by their lifestyles.

TTP was created after musharraf send in forces to FATA and they came to mainstream in 2007 after the lal masjid episode. We don't have to worry about them because we have dismantled them and their networks. TTP holds no relevance in Pakistan now because they dont hold any area. Either they got destroyed or ran away after zarb e azb in North Waziristan.
