The constitution in India is so formed, under the misuse and right of equality, and under the shadow of secularism that, a Politcian/MLA can demolish a Mandir on CPWD orders, but cannot even touch a Mazjid even if it is built in the middle of a route. In Delhi there are several such kinds.

Pakistan is a military state, what ever Military demands people support it. Since it is a Military of Islamic state, even orders of demolishing a temple in Pakistan cannot be overruled by Supreme Court once given out by Military. Under Martial law, a lot of atrocities have been done that now there is nothing left undone.
