This documentary is based on
four old temples in Kotli
Kashmir. These temples went out
of use when the Hindu
community of Kotli Kashmir
migrated to India in 1947 because of Invaders.
Temples are not in a very good
state but are still there and this is
a detailed work on their history
and current situation.

What a pity, every nations save their heritages but here is a different case
These temples must be protected. They are a vibrant part of Hindu culture which is itself very beautiful. The same is the case with many temples in Pakistan which have fallen into disrepair after the Hindus living in Karachi or parts of Punjab migrated to India.

We should do everything to make the Hindus left in Pakistan feel secure and we must protect their worship places. Anyway that is another topic. India should work to protect mosques and Pakistan temples.

Kashmir is a select case, unique as it has a majority muslim population. Other parts may not face such problems. I however do believe that migrating Kashmiri pundits is merely a card played by jingoistic right wing to cover up their attrocities in Kashmir. Anyway that does not mean temples should be destroyed in Kashmir. Kashmir belongs to Kashmiris-Hindus and Muslims of Kashmir, both.
