Its best to analyze human population migration patters in an objective lens ergo, best to stop referring to this "Aryan Invasion Theory". Human migration in its basis is about infusing new genes to isolated groups. Look at the map i posted, notice that the same population group that touched Southern India, eventually migrated and touched Japanese Islands.

This is human migration. Notice the M175 marker that makes its presence known in Northern and Northeastern India, notice how it eventually moves into Central - Eastern China. It actually bifurcates into mainland Southeast Asia.

Interesting premise. But is that not the very impetus of human migration --- to forward one's culture over the other? The same thing could be said of the Yayoi Migration into the Japanese Islands. The Jomon people were more Caucasoid in appearance , alien to the Yayoi people that would inhabit and colonize Japan. Yet the Jomon were subsumed into the Mongoloid Yayoi , hence the current phenotypic variance of Japanese people to this day. There are Japanese with Caucasoid facial traits, some with more traditional Mongoloid / Eastern Mongoloid features. The more north you go into Japan, the more people look ... Caucasoid.

No, the Ainu are a different group. Tho the Ainu are considered proto-Caucasoid, they are more similar to the Ivenks of Northeastern Russia. The Jomon Japanese were totally different, as they inhabited the Central and Southern Islands; Honshu/ Shikoku. It is reported in the Nihon Shoki that the Jomon were taller than the Yayoi, larger in frame, harrier in stock. But the only factor that doomed the Jomon was of their limited number. The Yayoi, like most Mongol groups, arrived to Japan in massive waves and literally subsumed Jomon population centers.
