Chinese has own Sex Taoism not unlike the sex Buddhism. But it cannot be so open.

The Taoist practices of inner sexual cultivation were done in secret and even today, few chinese know about that. They are actually more well known in western countries as part of some styles of Qi gong practices.

As far as I know, Buddhism really didn't develop a tradition of practices related to sexual cultivation. Maybe some groups adopted the Tantric Yoga sexual practices (Tantra Yoga left hand path), but as far as I know the 2 traditional systems of sexual practices for spiritual cultivation are Tantra Yoga and Qi Gong. I'm not aware of any other independent tradition on that.

That's a not so well known aspect of Yoga (one particular style of Yoga) and of Taoism, those traditions go back for a very long time (Indus civilization and certainly thousands of years in the case of Taoism), much of that was secret until very recently, but its all very powerful stuff and is geared towards spirituality and health, although people can also use those techniques for more mundane purposes.
