It is so unfair that India should score much higher, because its leased subs( despite being missiless - Ruskies don't want to lease them ) are proven times and again being amphibious and being able to take on a German containership! Think hard about that! Wouldn't those score more points in your system?

You are doing better than experts in ranking and should be given a better rank if available on PDF....A complete list with all 39 submarine operators, including SSBN. There are two newcomers to 25 top which I missed: North Korea and Singapore. My bad. Pakistan got little upgrade for 2 MESMA installations.
