@saif here are some details on MRT Line-1 underground line from Airport to Kamalapur. They are saying the deepest underground depth will vary from around 30~70 meters.

MRT-5 has also been formalized with a contract - it will have two portions - North and South lines. This is the 3rd line after Currently active MRT-6 and soon to commence MRT-1.

Biman is preparing to utilize facilities in Dhaka's 3rd Airport terminal to expand services and capabilities.

We should establish a pilot training school with the help of BOEING or AIRBUS. This will help reduce pilot shortage.

That is an affirmative.

That plan has already been mooted - training comes as a package when you buy airplanes like Biman does (instead of leasing them through a leasing company which majority of South Asian airlines do).

Training school locally will be tough because setting up simulators and bringing overseas instructors to local locations is expensive, better to send pilots abroad for certification on specific types of aircraft for now. We do have some simulators set up locally already.
