Depends on the service business. There are ways to calculate that as well.

Firstly it’s the revenue/ income tax department responsibility to do revenue audits. Secondly they don’t need to promote customer to provide information that will be prohibitive and expensive. Thirdly different businesses generate different revenue on weekdays, weekends and seasons / occasions...

Unnecessary workload. Not every day is same in terms of business. Accountants have ways of checking this without doing daily cash up Its not that easy. You can not just close shop in one country and open in another. There are lot of barriers to entry. There are other ways to attract business...
