It would be very logical and reasonable. NATO is there in Afghanistan under the aegis of the UN. Pakistan's closing of supply routes means hindering the efforts of a UN sanctioned effort. Besides, it also means blocking of routes to a landlocked country. That's against international law.

Pakistan can do this. However, it would be silly to expect india to follow suit. We have had some very bitter experiences with Pakistani citizens coming into India without a visa.
