    Sustaining Afghan-Pakistan ties

And yet again the situation in Afghanistan is blamed on Pakistan. We aren’t living up to commitment? Didn’t we bring the Taliban to peace talk as promised, and who sabotaged it by leaking the death of their leader? Initially Ghani had good intentions but the afghan establishment and NDS neither...

Afghan refugees come up with eight demands

DEMANDS!! :cheesy: Even after living in Pakistan for over tre decades these afghans are still high on grass. We have to help these poor people. I say lets do the exact opposite of their :pleasantry: demands:pleasantry:, maybe that will help them get off whatever shit they are high on.

CPEC TO MAKE PAKISTAN A REGIONAL MANUFACTURING HUB: PM

Obviously you can't or don't want to look past the logistics. For logistics you need more than roads. For example you need trucks and considering the lenght of CPEC it will create huge demand for that. If a lot of trucks are being purchased then of course that will attract attention from...

CPEC TO MAKE PAKISTAN A REGIONAL MANUFACTURING HUB: PM

I have little knowledge about economics so I can't provide hard numbers but when you think logically then it makes sense. CPEC is there to primarily provide shortest possible route to Western China among other things. So besides roads you need trucks, proper facilities, labor etc from Gilgit all...

CPEC TO MAKE PAKISTAN A REGIONAL MANUFACTURING HUB: PM

Constructing the port, upgrading the infrastructure and ending the energi crisis is just the first phase of CPEC. Second would be to transfer some of China's low-cost manufacturing to Pakistan. Now that China is focusing on high-tech manufacturing and labor cost is rising, it makes perfect sense...

Istanbul airport ad warns travelers of Sweden’s high rape rate

Sweden uses a more broad definition of rape and people here are more likely to report than other parts of the world but this is still actually rather funny. I will give this one to Turkey :enjoy:

Ambitious plan chalked out to merge FATA with Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa

The alternativ is worse. So many cities are underdeveloped while cities such as Lahore and Karachi are facing massive urbanization making them overcrowded. We need to create more provinces which will put more emphasis on developing other cities and urbanization will be more spread out evenly.

Ambitious plan chalked out to merge FATA with Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa

I like this but I would like to change a few things. Since Punjab have vastly more population than any other provinces I would like to see more provinces out of it. Faisalabad, Lahore, Bahawalpur, Multan, Sialkot, Sargodha should be made provincial capitals. Karachi should be declared a federal...

Ambitious plan chalked out to merge FATA with Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa

Overall this is good but I still think FATA should be made a separate province. Pakistan needs more smaller provinces, needs decentralization.

Japan's Economic Growth Fizzles Out In Second Quarter

Japan's growthstory is long over. A brief success has given the japanese establishment a massive superiority complex which has done nothing but hurt them. It is high time for Japan to embrace China's rise. A Japan-China-South Korea alliance would be most beneficial for Asia and the world in...

Sweden promises to shelter coup plotters, calls Gülen 'opposition leader'

If Turkey does provide evidence of their involvment then we should hand them over but I expect nothing from this goverment. Our foreign policy has been weak for a long time. It is practically run by Brussel and USA.
