    Kashmir is pretty much a lost cause. Only solution is make LoC IB, unless otherwise we can hold a gun to our head and force the UN+US to conduct a plebiscite(seems far fetched)

    Kashmir could have been independent or could have become part of Pakistan if it was not our foolishness of starting a skirmish. Even now if we remove our forces Kashmir we will have a strong case for a UN sponsored plebiscite.
