last year, india got declared "suicide capital of the world"... there are "honor" killings happening every month... people get killed by dogs... punjab is rife with cancers and drugs addition... india does not contribute to the world technologically... indian agriculture is inefficient in production and delivery and causes pollution and immediate health damages... people die of hunger in 2015... indian cities are among the most polluted in the world, are not at all planned cities, and living a good harmonious life is impossible because of crime, noise, lack of civic sense, general rudeness... india is called "rape capital", with some rape victims tortured to death in a utterly cruel manner... oh, i can go on.

and modi does his world tour, signs weapons deals and forces school students and office workers to do yoga on june 21st.

not to mention that there are major wars in the world and attempted regime-changes, and modi going to uno general assembly and talking about yoga !!

The best exercise for people like you is in fact SPRINTING, preferably with weights. If the Libyan jamahira had practiced sprinting , how useful it would have been for them when the American Air Force came after them guns and bombs blazing ! If they had practiced sprinting everyday, Some of them may still have been around to try and bring utopia to earth again.
