How can u decide how is a muslim or not.In Pakistan first the Ahemdiyas were declared Non Muslims by a section of hardliners. Today another religious group wants Shias to be declared Non Muslims,some even want Shias to be expelled from their country. If this trend goes on a time will come when there will be confusion,chaos & anarchy
