i do not view the niqaab as something told by Islam, i follow the Haniafi Fiqh, and Imam Abu Hanifa says it is not a requirement to cover the face,
and for me everything that is Islamic and Pakistani is my culture

Bhia, you keep talking about your views but Islamically they don't count. You claim to follow Hanafi fiqha and yet what you say in ignorance is kuffar.

The Hanafi opinion on niqab:

‘Aa’ishah said: The riders used to pass by us when we were with the Messenger of Allaah (as'salaathu was'salaam) in ihraam. When they came near us we would lower our jilbaabs from our heads over our faces, and when they had passed by we would uncover our faces. Narrated by Abu Dawood.

Imaam's explanation:

“When they came near us we would lower our jilbaabs from our heads over our faces”...it is obligatory to cover the face, because what is prescribed in ihraam is to uncover it. It was proven in al-Saheehayn and elsewhere that a woman in ihraam is forbidden to wear the niqaab (face veil) and gloves.

Ibn ‘Abbaas (radi'Allah) said: “Allaah commanded the believing women, if they go out of their houses for some need, to cover their faces from the top of their heads with their jilbaabs, and to leave one eye showing.”

Please refrain from associating your whims and desires and attributing them to Islam. And Allah and Nabi as'salaathu was'salaam is free of what you say.

My sincere advice to you is go and study aqeedah on what takes a person outside (Murtad) the fold of Islam. A person may live their life as a Muslim and yet not be one.

And of the people are some who say, "We believe in Allah and the Last Day," but they are not believers. (Surah Al-Baqarah V8).

Bachuki haraktha! Bhai jaan, why don't you help @Jf Thunder start a movement to ban niqaab in the land of the pure? I already told him and I say to you, go out and let your voices be heard in public for uncovering our sisters. Why spit your venom online; jana banu and take the kuffria message to the public.

you quoted from Abu Dawood, which is quite un authentic when compared to Bukhari, and the explanation of the Imam, where did you pick it up from?
it would really be nice if you could quote the Quran
but can already tell u the outcome of this conversation, you will not change your views, neither i will change mine, because i came to the conclusion of not covering the face after quite some research, so i am not that ignorant either

Under what mustalahath Al-Hadith are you referring it to? Answer this before I answer the rest of you ignorant statement, as you ''claim'' to have studied.

Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin: Asma, daughter of AbuBakr, entered upon the Apostle of Allah (S.A.W.W) wearing thin clothes. The Apostle of Allah (S.A.W.W) turned his attention from her. He said: O Asma', when a woman reaches the age of menstruation, it does not suit her that she displays her parts of body except this and this, and he pointed to her face and hands. (Narrated by Abu Dawood # 4092).

Narrated 'Abdullah bin Abbas: Al-Fadl (his brother) was riding behind Allah's Apostle and a woman from the tribe of Khath'am came and Al-Fadl started looking at her and she started looking at him. The Prophet turned Al-Fadl's face to the other side. The woman said, "O Allah's Apostle! The obligation of Hajj enjoined by Allah on His devotees has become due on my father and he is old and weak, and he cannot sit firm on the Mount; may I perform Hajj on his behalf?" The Prophet replied, "Yes, you may." That happened during the Hajj-al-Wida (of the Prophet). (Narrated by Bukhari # 589, Muslim, and others).

You have not answered my last post 81. Answer that before we proceed; you claimed to have studied and are not ignorant.

. . . .
respond to my Hadith, and stop using difficult Urdu/Arabic

Bhai there is nothing to respond and if you had basics of ilmul-hadith you would have been able to answer. I've been advised not to argue with ignorant people for fear of them saying something that will lead them to leave the fold of Islam.
