no gap here culturally, north Vienamese is over flooded here in Saaigon and every where is south Vietnam. Originnally south Vietnamese is came from North about 4 to 3 hunfred years ago, its not so long.

Now, I analyze the Vietnamese weakness from the perspective of an adversary:
1, South Vietnamese and North Vietnamese have great differences in values, which can be used.
2, Vietnamese generally trust the army more than the government. This shows that Vietnamese lack a sense of security, which can be used.
3, The Vietnamese army has independent financial power and a tradition of controlling the government, which can be used.
4, There are contradictions between the north and the south in the Communist Party of Vietnam. The South wants to gain power, which can be used.

Now I know what to do.
First, take advantage of the Vietnamese lack of security, play up external threats and incite Vietnamese nationalism.
It used nationalism to split popular support of the north and the south, and gave the VCP's southerners a reason to attack the northerners.
Through economic issues and nationalism, let the contradictions of the VRA and VCP were intensified. Lure the southern army and the southern government to unite, and deepen the relationship between the two sides through cooperative corruption.
Through online publicity and CIA, let Vietnamese people's dissatisfaction with the government was increased and the color revolution was triggered. Through the incident, the southern army and the southern government were given the reason for the coup.

When Vietnam's civil war broke out, Vietnamese refugees were lured into China, Thailand, Cambodia and Laos. Stopping China's Industry4.0 plan, by blocking the transfer of Chinese Labor intensive manufacturing. it can also completely disrupt B&R's construction in Southeast Asia and attack ASEAN's economy, China's largest trading partner.
Moreover, considering that the population of Vietnam is more than five times that of Syria and twice that of Ukraine, the trouble brought by Vietnamese refugees to China will not be less than that brought by Syrian refugees to Europe.

Is Vietnam rich in mines? Does Vietnam have any foreign military bases that can threaten China?
