I am just telling about the curriculum.Not about public culture.Penetration of the western culture is the main problem faced by India and that is the main cause of decline of Indian values in India.But hey that doesnt cause growth of terrorists or something like that in India.
Sitting in the culture and boasting about that olden culture wouldnt bring prosperity in country.All people must known about our culture that is our aim .But for living in a modern world you need more than that.We cant reject English because that english is main language in this world.Even chinese know that.
Good example is Chinese they now implement a more western style than their older culture.But they still love that olden culture.
We also like that.Our children must know about our great olden civilizations and values.And they must also know how can led a more practical life in this world
