Why don't you understand and act like a landay ka liberal.....?

This law imposed to stop Shia who are abusing Sahaba in all of their Majalis and in return getting @ss kicked by Sunnis....

After we declare Qadianis Kafir they are no riots or widespread killings because of Qadiani fitna.

I am not comparing it but just giving an example that if Pakistani Shia have some issue with human rights then we will gave them same rights as Sunnis have in Iran.
lol... its not question of rights, Pakistani shia played there role for the creation of Pakistan, don't worry about our rights.....and i think you fail to understand. Anyway from your father of nation to person who financed Pakistan, provide money to your national banks to pay salaries of t newly born Pakistan were shia.
So don't worry about our rights and we know how to protect our rights. Shia faced the worst era of Zia,

Deeply disappointed to see that hate crime are on the increase against Sahabas by Shia minority,
This is good move to end this stupidity or otherwise a big fight will start.
They want independence of bashing Sahabas and our mothers of Islam for the sake of religious politics and this must stop now.

.
Fawad chaudhry needs to get a life

His continous efforts of taking panga with religious groups for no reason isn't good for this country

He himself is admitting that he didn't read the bill then why the hell is he criticizing it??

.
Only Shias are objecting to this bill and their main arguments are:
  1. We cannot put "رضی اللہ غنہ" after the name of every Sahabi (because they don't consider a lot of Prophet's companions as Sahabi especially Hazrat Muawiyah). The bill asks to respect all Sahaba, no disrespect, insult or abuse against any of Prophet's companion is to be allowed. All books or literature with such material is to be removed.
  2. They put "علیہ السلام" (which is mostly used for past Prophets) after Hazrat Ali's name instead of "رضی اللہ غنہ" because they consider Hazrat Ali as equal in islami stature as other Prophets (Again they don't consider Hazrat Ali merely a Sahabi or Khalif, but way more than that - either equal or Prophets, better than all Prophets, or some of them even consider Ali as the God).
  3. They don't consider Abu Bakr, Umer and Usman as first 3 Khalifas. The bill asks to recognize all four Khalifs and write the words "خلیفہ راشد" before the name of all four of them.
  4. The bill asks to give respect to all four daughters of Prophet Mohammed (p.b.u.h) but Shias only consider Hazrat Fatima as the only daughter of Prophet.
  5. All wives of Prophet Muhammed (p.b.u.h) are to be duly respected (which again is a problem for Shias as they are widely against Hazrat Ayesha).
Now put the sectarianism aside and think about it. Is there any unreasonable demand in this bill?

Unfortunately, a wrong propaganda started now ... good luck ..only issue is leave it علیہ السلام for Alulbait like it mention in all Sunni books too from sahi muslim to sahi bukhari... found no reason to such change .. a public sentiment.

As a suni, I fully reject your majoritarianism.
India does this to its minorities and look how much a pariah they are.

There is NO REASON for this.
At the end if you believe in God, then he will judge you for what you did, it is not the Job of humans to judge.

To push this along a little.
If you truly believe in forcing people to follow your version of Islam then why are you not bent out of shape over all the batcha bazi that goes on?

How about Pakistani customs of women giving dowry to men?
Islamic tradition is firmly that the men should be giving the dowry.
Interest? Interest is so incredibly haram yet here we are charging it, giving it, basing our entire society on this.
I can go on for days.

The hypocrisy is endless.

So again, this law is not based on Islam, as I have established many anti Islamic things that happen in Pakistan.
This is about caveman control where people get their jollies out of the feeling of power over others.

Man have you ever heard the nonsense they spill out in their public gatherings against Sahabas, Khalifs and wives of Prophet Muhammed? Heck they even aren't shy anymore in disrespecting Allah directly. Do check some stuff on youtube or facebook first. That stuff is not even worth sharing here.

They are a minority and they cannot be on an open rebellion with the majority the whole year and still play the innocent card when something goes south. I am against killings and sectarian bullsh!t but most of it is usually because their own f!lth that they spill out in open public gathering. We are living in digital age, gone are the days when someone could say something bad about Sahaba or Prophet's wives and could get away with it. Sh!t gets viral on social media within hours now.

Commenting on the 5 points you mentioned. None of these are unreasonable demands

Neither they target any specific group nor they allow hate speech against anyone

This is exactly what liberals say

As for shias. They can believe whatever they want to. They shouldn't impose their beliefs on others. This is where the problem arises. You have freedom to follow your sect. Just don't ask others to do the same.

The bill doesn't enforce any believes on shias, it just forbids them to do these things in public and in public literature. In public, they have to recognize companions and wives of Prophet to avoid hurting anyone's religious sentiments (that too when they are saying something openly in public).

Wait for Sunni sects to join in near future too ... when their books start getting banned ... hate is everywhere and this bill targets it wholesale.

What they say to each other is non of my business.

They way I would at the world is how would I feel if the law was applied to me.

The solution is not barbaric laws, the solution is to have interfaith dialog and a thick skin.

God will not be hurt by bad words from humans, if he was then he would be a weak god, not worthy of your worship.

.
What they say to each other is non of my business.

The problem is that they not only say to each other but when they also try to force what they say to each other on me

This is the issue that we want to tackle here

You can say whatever you want to in your home. Don't impose it on others

What part is wrong in that?

.
What they say to each other is non of my business.

This is exactly the issue, they don't say such things to each other within their sect. They can preach whatever they want in their madrissas or private gatherings.

But instead they do it public gathering, record it and widely spread it over the social channels. Why would you do that deliberately knowing that you live in the country as minority and this will deeply hurt sentiments of majority of the people?

I act the way I do because I have an education and realize I don't live in the middle ages where the cure for diseases was to eat mercury.

Is your God so weak that you need need to make laws so people don't hurt his feelings?
My God is not that weak.
My God is that of the prophet, who didn't lift a finger against the absolute worst abuse hurled at him by the people in Mecca.
My God is the one of peace, mercy and patience.

Also please address my point point of hypocrisy in Pakistani society.
Last I checked batcha bazi was haram.
stealing, in the form of corruption, was haram
marrying children against their will was haram.

please address this point. Are the things I mentioned not haram?
If they are, why is the ISLAMIC REPUBLIC of PAKISTAN not taking action against them?
After all, Islam is in danger right?

This is exactly the issue, they don't say such things to each other within their sect. They can preach whatever they want in their madrissas or private gatherings.

But instead they do it public gathering, record it and widely spread it over the social channels. Why would you do that deliberately knowing that you live in the country as minority and this will deeply hurt sentiments of majority of the people?
and?
You can preach what ever you want.
Go and preach that what they preach is wrong.
Why does your God have such thin skin and will get his feeling hurt so quickly?

My God is not that weak.

The problem is that they not only say to each other but when they also try to force what they say to each other on me

See my comment above

THIS
This is what people don't understand.

Once you start banning things, it is only a matter of time until it starts to affect the proponents as well.

For me it's frustrating how people can't see this.

Your house is on fire and you are bragging that your room is nice and warm... eventually the flames will get you too.
Look at the countless examples in history.

Only Shias are objecting to this bill and their main arguments are:
  1. We cannot put "رضی اللہ غنہ" after the name of every Sahabi (because they don't consider a lot of Prophet's companions as Sahabi especially Hazrat Muawiyah). I am objecting to this bill as a non Shia on the bases that it violates fundamental human rights, and rights that are enshrined in Sharia as well.
