lol, who's stretching it?? How Hukou different then the deed or title of the deed of a property??
Not every home were owned by one single person. Say the property I have with my wife, it's on both our name, she can kick me out by law if she had applied for a restraining order. Because if I stay at that home with her, even if I also own that home, I am violating that restraining order, that means I am going to jail.
Just because you are entitled to something doesn't mean by law you can achieve that right.
Beside, this is not the point, as I said, if you count people who had "Hukou" in the village when they voluntarily beg in the city different than young people who had parent who had a home, and they ran away? Or how is it different than people who had family properties and choose not to live with them? Or how is it different than EVERY AUSTRALIAN who by law have access to Public Housing by the department of Social Service, which they can't be kicked out by the way, and choose not to engage with Social Service?
By your account, there should be
NO Homeless people in Australia, because they all have government housing that cannot be kicked out by law. And the one that are homeless will be picked up by Immigration because those people would be illegal immigrant.
lol, you just look at
@Zsari "explainaton" of Homeless.....
What Homeless? Those people have a home somewhere they just don't go back to where ever they came from, that's not homeless...
lol, sure, everyone in the west that are homeless must be orphan then.......
