I am no expert here, but i think its a very handful machine for Pak army.
as we know that now its unlikely we can get it from US, do we have chinese copy of it ?

Chinook is definitely one helluva beast but you could ask the Russians for the Mi-26 which would serve the purpose well enough if you aren't able to procure from Uncle Sam. Moreover, I've seen reports that China and Russia are developing a JV heavy lift chopper

Because it's very expensive to buy and you have cheaper alternative like MI-117/8 which can bought more with price of 1 CH-47.
For heavy transport you have the daddy of CH-47 if necessary .

In Mush time after Kashmir earthquake Pakistan wanted Chinooks but US did not allowed sale instead they offer other small helicopter like bell-412.

Pakistan is interested in Mi-26 latest version but things are not clear about ordering them, although Russia is ready to sale any type of helicopter to Pakistan.

.
Seeing that there are - like F-16s and other hardware - surplus Chinooks available in the US and available for relatively cheap, I'm guessing: (a) the US won't approve it or (b) Pakistan doesn't want it. I'd wager on (a).

because we have only 724mn$ in reserves left . we can buy 19 chinooks with this money and start eating grass

Pee kar comment na kiya karoo,
IMF has said that Pakistan’s net international reserves stand at negative $724 million.
Pakistan supposedly has $12.1 billion in its foreign currency reserves. However, Pakistan owes $13.5 billion in foreign exchange liabilities, which makes the net reserves negative.
