Lankan Buddhist and Indian Hindus are under the delusion that they are of Aryan stock and see Dravidian aka Tamils as their traditional enemy, who need to be wiped out - physically or culturally. It has nothing to do with religion but the identification with a false identity, the 2009 India co-sponsored genocide of 100,000 Tamils in Lanka is a testimony to this deluded mindset

Lately go to any news comment section of India. And if its a story about Yakub Memon you will see it filled with hatred towards the muslim community of India.

Looks like Indian hatred for their fellow citizens has increased. I fear for my brothers across the borders.

Indians please enlighten us of the situation on the ground.

actually you may be right ......personally i feel radicalization and hatred has increase in every society,it is not matter of India only .....no scientific study has been done actually ...what is negative impact of social media or free press ,bloggers on human psychology....specially on young generation

and we all are force to live in imaginary world of hatred......because hardly any good news is reaching to society
one good news can turn you highly emotional and with in faction of second highly abusive .........why today generation become so hypersensitive ? no buddy has answer

i believe negative news is creating Hugh psychological impact ,there are tons of example of communal harmony which hardly getting any importance or coverage ,

That question is so much more hypothetical than the scenario where Pakistan would actually fight for Kashmir.

For many years now, Indian Congress party has depended on the reliable Muslim vote bloc to stay in power. They have not been able to give actual developmental improvements (at least not at the rate expected) to anybody Muslim or Hindu. They have also used their long time in power to completely fill ALL academic and policy influencing posts with left wingers who do not let actual facts deflect from their ideological leanings.

This has lead to a vacuum and no voice to anyone not of the left. Comment section is small people who want to be heard but have no platform other than the comments section and they sometimes go overboard due to long held anger at the government because no one in public life speaks for them.

There is no major right leaning newspaper in. India, there are very few right leaning academics or heads of govt institutions. They have all been culled out by Congress for political gain. When the common man turns on TV they do not find their own common sense views reflected, hence the venom in the comments section. The only steam vent they have.
