Normal Indians don't care enough Pak to bother save for cricket or when a terror attack happens. Some of them are idiotic enough to trend IndiaWithPak.

From a strategic perspective, since Pak provides no benefits to India and is only a cause for trouble, there is no reason for India to wish for a stable Pak that will use that stability to attack India. However, Pak does serve as a buffer of sorts from the mess in Afghan. Thus, India would want an unstable Pak for the next decade or two, however not so unstable that it disintegrates entirely. Post that, depending on the relative positions, the stance can be reassessed to one supporting total disintegration.

The cool thing for India is that she does not to spend significant resources and virtually no man-power to achieve these objectives as Pak is doing such a wonderful job of destabilizing themselves as a result of their own 'strategic assets'.

The reasons that people in Pak such as the OP seem to provide for India's intent are entirely immaterial.

U are a loser who hasnt read the uno boundary agreements, documents etc on it,india never ever had a claim on it,they were pakistani territory and we had put of demarcating them cuz we hadnt expected u chors to infiltrate our land.
Anyways, insha ALLAH we wil take back ours territories.
And if someday, nothing else then do try tofind out how many ur men have been lost to siachen, and nt combat deaths ,deaths due to hard conditions.

I have been thinking about it, why is it that India wants to spread terrorism in Pakistan and keep the unstability there. Some factors that come to mind are:

1) Ideological reasons
The extremists hindutava such as Ajit Devil, Modi & co. still believe in Maha Baharat and have never accepted Pakistan from day one. They would go to any limits to see this great country destroyed.

2) The Fear Factor
There are many in India who might not be ideologically against Pakistan but still fear the worst (wrongly), that a stable and economically prosperous Pakistan might be a bad news for India, since this huge country, a nation of 200 million people will become a formidable competitor in many sectors to challenge indian dominance.

Also geopolitical dimension that two big milliatry powers (China + an economically & millitarly strong Pakistan) could keep India in check restricting the geopolitical maneuvouring of india.

3) Inferriority Complex
Then there might be many sitting in echelons of power in India, who fee that "people from the north" have ruled over them for 1000 or so years and now that finally Baharat has started to see progress in the last few decades they "demand and deserve" respect from those very people. But if Pakistan keeps up with this economical pace, they might not get that respect after all.

So now here comes the one million dollar question:

How can we address these insecurities of india so that it stops spreading terrorism in Pakistan and perhaps also in the other neighboring countries?

You seems to be not very well Aquent with the topic history or present interference in each other matters. Do you have any clue that immediately after partition Pakistan started interfering through CBT. When Bollywood and other fields were prospering you were going through a turmoil of Martial law and radical Islam etc. Live Example for your refresher Nowray has the most number of Pakistanis in Europe but they are either barbers, tailors, plumbers etc or running a food store types. In US Manhattan has most numbers of Indian living and driving expensive cars then Americans itself.. I do not think you will reach their as you are incapable of producing world class ITians, Doctors etc...

I agree India is playing a role in Baloch Insurgency or for that matter your so called others as well, are you able to eradicate it till yet, you are not even near that dude.. Pakistan played role in our North East Insurgency including China, we have eliminated that and all we have now is ceasefire...
