Why has Isis become popular in Kashmir and pakistan

I admit it is a concern to India but I don't think they will pose a big threat..it is easy for them to carry out their activities in an extremist Islamic country like Pakistan where there are millions of people to recruit and supply funds.

It is not that easy to do that in India..Indian Muslims mostly are interested in providing studies to their children and getting good jobs...Kashmir is a Muslim dominated state..that is the reason you could see such support but Muslims in other parts of India are poles apart from them..it is not that they are ultra liberal but mostly are concerned about their well being (.thanks to their living among Hindus)
dravidianhero ISIS is the most dangerous threat what i believe. I don't understand why are you trying to ignore it as the most extreme immediate threat. It is a treat to india, pakistan, afghanistan, China and Russia too. I tell you even USA is feeling it. any person from delhi, up, m.p, kerela, tn, or assam could be influence by it. and mind you it can reach them even with their smartphone. we have witness some indians going to fight in syria and iraq for thier so called cause. I really feared from ISIS. I had always thought that someday the whole world have to fight for one common enemy, which would me treat to the whole mankind. Is this the common enemy. Well i think it has the potential. if ISIS gets a small foot hold in indian subcontinent than take my word INDIA, China, and Russia have to play big big role in fighting.

India is investing in Iran via Charbar why to gets to the middle asia and Russia. China is investing 40 Billion in pakistan why for its final destination europe and the ISIS maps includes these areas hope you understand it.

Lol...!
Dear Ranjeet, when ISIS and Al-Qaeda flags are together like this, you should know it's a fake. With a purpose of attention seeking only! These two organisations are sworn enemies and would kill each other. In words of US ambassador anyone can stick up a flag or write a slogan in a remote area for few minutes, take a picture and upload on Internet. It doesn't mean ISIS has arrived. As an older member I expected you to know this.

Well what can I say they unfurl the Pakistani flag with same enthusiasm, but some people here think that Kashmiris are ready to merge with Pakistan. :(

I was just about to point out the same. Such bonhomie between IS and AQ is impossible.

Merge with Pakistan/become independent is irrelevant, it is the movement against the status quo that is the focus of these actions.

Usual habbit of indians to telling everyone that there is foot hold of ISIS in Pakistan so later on they will say oh their nuclears are in danger, then they push the world to say that look Pakistan is safe haven of Terrorists..
Bull crap with indians and their propoganda.
each time you put the site on there are Indian with their Negative crap against Pakistan.. dont you guys have life..

Well they are using flags of ISIS, Al Qaeda and Pakistan in their movement. And we can spin any propaganda we like around this on international stage to further crush them.

ISIS or AL Quada is not only organization , it's an ideology. you can kill a organization but not an ideology. ISIS is not popular only in pakistani Muslims , it is popular in indian Muslims too. Many indian Muslims are also happy with ISIS what they are doing. That's why some of them tried to join with ISIS. That's fact.

thats true. anybody can get any flag. Its basically act of defiance than actually being part of these groups.

I think problem arises from the inability of Indian population to read Arabic-persian script. I'm pretty sure most Indians including our friend Ranjeet here can not read what is written on those flags. They could read ISIS in English but not Al-Qaeda which is written in Arabic script. Resembling color scheme and fonts make it easy for media to give any spin to the story for sensational story making. I wouldn't be surprised if the journalist reporting this story didn't know what's written on Al-Qaeda flag. Sensation sells on media and sub-continent media isn't known for mature reporting.

Instead of giving your advice just tell us why Isis is becoming popular among Muslim youth across the world ?
its only popular among criminal mindsets. Just as many non-Muslim youth attract towards heinous crimes as murders, rapes, drugs etc, its not always isis that lures them

Yes it's easy to give any spin and we are doing it. Recently Amnesty International came out with its report on Kashmir where they labeled Kashmiri militants as "Armed Opposition". These pictures will be used to counter that narrative.

On the left ISIS, middle one Al-Qaeda and on the right ISIS J-K (!? don't know where that came from?). Writing of script is immature home-made type.

These days in every anti Indian rally kashmiris are waving Isis flags along with Pakistan flags..even in Pakistan reports are Isis is becoming popular with its youth..how can anyone follow such savages..their videos are full of brutality..what makes these people get attracted to such blood thirsty beasts?

what a stupid title you have made up .

1. isis is NOT popular in Pakistan

2. Pakistani Taliban means TTP who are anti-Pakistan and who have killed thousands of Pakistanis and now after Pakistan Army has started cleaning the mess and they are on the run and they need other terrorists from isis to support them

3. Pakistani flags in INdian held Kashmir had always been there and waved and hoisted but if you being an Indian are claiming there are isis flags too then it is a bad thing for India as well as the region
