Had he simply written it in any other style, he would be considered innocent BUT he tried to mimic ISIS flag. This will screw him.

That is called 'Shahada ' or proclamation of basic belief of Islam. Pronounced as 'la illa hà il làllah o Muhammad ér rasool lÀllah' means 'there is no god (more precisely worthy of worship) except Allah (and) Muhammed (PBUH) is prophet of Allah's

Second portion which is in white is actually replica of official seal of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) which was used for official decrees and official letters to heads of states at that time.

These words form base of Islamic belief and are inscribed on many Islamic symbols and buildings. Like KSA flag, parliament building of Pakistan etc...

Here is an image of letter sent by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) to Roman Emperor. Note Prophetic Seal at the end from where ISIS copied it to its flag.

Not really but ISIS is just using black flag inspired by first Muslim Arab armies who used plane black flag. They added Shahada written on it with its second part as replica of Prophetic Seal. All these has been symbols associated with Muslims for a very long time. Can you prosecute a person on this? I'm not sure. It depends on your law and its interpretation.

Isis can be a force in Syria or Iraq but in front of a professional army they are just another terrorist organisation which can be a nuisance but certainly not a major threat. When push comes to shove capable armies just cordon off the area and carpet bomb the terrorist's hideouts.
IMO anyone who advised these separatist Kasmiris to raise Isis, al qaeda, flags in protest rallies wants them and their cause to be discredited in front of world diaspora. Look at China, govt claims more than 300 Uighurs are fighting for Isis, independent analysts of repute limit that number to less than 100. Why do you think Chinese government is inflating the number? Simply because they are looking for a reason to justify use of excessive force in Xinjiang. I won't be amazed if Indian government too follows the same line. Just my two cents, i am open to change my views if shown facts otherwise and asked politely. Trolls are welcome too (its a rainy lazy sunday after all with nothing to do).
