Why has Isis become popular in Kashmir and pakistan

ISIS does not enjoy a lot of support in Pakistan, the reason being that Pakistan been through one and a half decade of war with the Taliban and no one is in the mood for a reboot, they might have gained more traction if they came a decade early and when the "Pakistan is fighting a US sanctioned war" narrative was winning the militant groups entire hordes of recruits.

As to why ISIS is gaining traction in Kashmir, the answer is very simple. The Kashmiri youth who harbour separatists sentiment are looking to the effective campaigns of ISIS in Iraq and thinking that the same may be possible to emulate in Kashmir as well. For someone in search for an alternate identity, ISIS offers a blissful refuge, they have power, charisma and they are attracting members from all over the globe. As far as terrorist groups go, these guys have reached a level that no one thought was possible.

.
They are not muslims simple "A muslim cant kill a muslim" ISIS kills 700 muslims in a single day.

Go and study Islam dont type your TV bullsh!t here.
OK Kashmiri's who are waving the Isis flags are not Muslims ?because Muslims can't support such munafiqs who act as Muslims to carry out the evil designs of the US and the west..right?

Thanks for the reply...Isis are Muslims ...you admit it?or are they agents of america?
Kashmiris are in great love with them...it will be dangerous for our country if we don't curb such elements without any mercy.such people should be culled and obliterated.

. .
I should really drop a negative rating for even asking that question.
Why would you give me a negative rating man..there are people who deny they are Muslims and there are others who admire and are inspired by them..I want to know your opinion...because Kashmiri's who are Muslims can't just follow the imposters who are bringing bad name to their religion..right?

See that's the problem with the Indian narrative, you see your own muslim population as aliens, invaders and something to be removed or limited.

Let me complete your post.
See that's the problem with the Indian narrative, you see your own muslim population as aliens, invaders and something to be removed or limited and you wonder why they want to be a part of Pakistan

In that case, your question was and remains inadequately phrased. However, I will try and address it none the less:

1. That is basic psychology, those that agree with them will see them as the greatest boon to their identity group and those that don't agree with them will try to distance themselves from their action. It's not only a muslim phenomenon, it is a common factor in any conflicted society.

2. Once again, I am an analyst, not a religious figurehead to go around deciding who is muslim and who is not. Any one who identifies as a muslim is one, anyone who doesn't, isn't. I don't buy into the whole apologia act.

Okok.do you believe america is behind them?if it is why would it bomb their bases?

Once again, I have no idea where you are coming from and what point you are trying to make, your argument is frail and incoherent. Yes the TTP "WERE" Pakistan before they renounced their loyalty to the state and took up arms against it and that's when we acted.
'Nip the evil in the bud', once again you highlight the very reason why you still have a problem in Kashmir, this nipping in the bud thing often leads to innocent people landing in problems they did not deserve to and it only serves to further alienate them and those close to them.

If you ask me what I think, the first thing that comes to my mind is that you are high on bath salts.
Secondly, operationalise the term 'behind them'.

.
But Muslims say they are peaceful people..Islam means peace...according to Islam if you kill one man ,it is as if you killed whole of humanity...Islam doesn't force others to convert ...is that all just a cover up?
Apparently, you failed to understand that NOT everyone follows the rules. Unfortunately, sick minded liberals have ruined everything in this world. The corrupt liberal bureaucrats are using religion as an excuse. They are just filling their pockets behind the close doors.

.
I gave links as evidence..if you want I can give you many more.
You people are happy that you are eliminating TTP while completely ignorant of the fact that Isis is catching on with your youth..it is going to be even bigger mess than now..

Only god can save you people..as long as roots are alive no amount of zarb e azbd can bring peace to your country.

ISIS my foot.. And this evidence can lick my a*s and so all the retards who are working their as*es off to do propaganda against Pakistan. The same TTP has aligned with ISIS which means, they've become ISIS from TTP. You don't worry about us. Worry about your TTP friends who are being hunted and killed like dogs.
