Why don't arabs create a arab foreign legion?

a question to the arabs on the forum ,why don't arabs build up a foreign legion like the french foreign legion with the same perks and citizenship after the contract to keep them for years to come,instead of hiring mercenary armies or paying off nations without assurance of support if there is a need,hire indvidual mercenaries turn them into the tip of the arab spear ,plus no public outrage if they are lost in battle ,all the psychos who only live to fight will come to join making it a diverse army like the french legion fully aware what they are getting into .

would'nt military tradition develop on its own over time ,plus many veterans from different countries and different militaries of the world might show up each one with his own unique military tradition and culture enough of a mix and they might get the recipe right ,though developing military tradition requires time a history too which that force can take pride in later on.

i doubt usa would have any problem with arabs making such a force ,americans do know arabs face multiple threats specially in the current situation with isis on one side and houthis on the other ,usa would just not care about it to raise any questions.

foreign legion is to have a dedicated mercenary force willing to fight for the arabs or any one nation saudis .yes take care of the dirty work for them risk their necks for individual profits.

i think among other constraints one would be the reluctance of arabs to naturalize or accept these mercs after 5 years into their society like french do(which is a incentive a motivation for many of these french legionaries along with the cash) arabs being so protective and pride full of their arab heritage even if it costs them .

faction in ruling family in absolute monarchies might gain loyalty for recruiting and naturalizing such a force and gain their support in any future internal dispute among the family against their opponents this might be another reason they dont have such a military foce yet.

In theory it is workable but there are problems of practical nature.

Kaddafy created one...At the beginning of the unstting of Kaddaffy they fled to their respective countries and created terroist groups versed in kidnapping, ransom and drug trade...
The french Foreign legion is a bad example too...They are used to do a job that true Frenchmen refuse to carry, and their nothing glorious about them..if you compare them with ISIS, probably they will be neck in neck for the gold medal of gore..

as i recall one of gadafi's son was saved and escorted to another country by a australian merc which he was crticised in the media for later ,well a merc stayed with him till he was in a safe country so not a total loss i would say
