No need to do something that already exists
Theres already economic support from GCC to Egypt in the form of investmentsCan you explain. Has the Arab League evolved into a military alliance or are you talking about well-known Arab alliances between Arab states?
Why has the Arab League not evolved into a EU-like institution ages ago? It is a relatively simple question and such a thing would only have benefitted the Arab world. The political fragmentation is a genuine cause of concern that has lead to actual conflicts. Syria, Libya and Yemen are exampels of this.
Shut upBecause cleanshave dirty western educated lackeys of west are at the helm of affairs in Arab nation.
Give to mullahs ,be they shia or sunni they will see the bigger danger to ummah are act accordingly. When Morsi was in power he was very much pro Iran and was open to coooperate because religious folks are smart unlike dirty colonial inplanted cleanshaves who kill and destroy their own population. Just to remain in power.

If the gulf is threatned Egypt will intervene
Also intelligence integration as well and high level of COOP
Iraq and jordan are set to follow a similair policy and expand to other arab countries in the future once theyre stable
well thats for the futureInsha'Allah. There is already the GCC (KSA, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain). Once peace emerges in Yemen, Yemen will naturally align with the GCC. Jordan is formally allied with the GCC. Iraq will join its Arab family as well eventually like historically was the case. Syria likely too once the Al-Assad regime is gone. Palestine as well. Egypt is already part of this family as you wrote. Sudan too. Libya will naturally as well join this family. Morocco is already a part of this as is Mauritania.
Algeria and Tunisia are dark horses but the current government in Tunisia seems to be allied with this Arab bloc.
Anyway what I am talking about is for the Arab League to evolve into a FORMAL Arab military alliance as well and expand into an EU-like organization. Full economic, military etc. integration is needed.
There is one fact that most outsiders to the Arab world don't know about.. it is called The "O'rouba Soul" or Rouh El O'rouba that concerns the MENA region in its entirety.. it is somehow like a latent hidden coalition..In North Africa, Algeria is the only black cheep..but just as far as Morocco is concerned, and don't be surprised to see them fighting side by side if let's say Saudi Arabia or Egypt get involved in a conflict.. Syria and Iraq were out of the equation,, but are coming back..I agree but Arabs are the extreme example of wasted talents and opportunities. It is actually criminal.
For starters why the hell do countries such as Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, Bahrain even exist as separate entities in 2022? Why have the GCC not merged into 1 single federal state ages ago? If they had done that it would be a top 10 economy and top 15-20 population by now in the world.
Sure, once not long ago Europe was divided into 1000's of political entities, Germany and Italy alone were composed of numerous city-states, principalities, kingdoms, duchies whatever but yet they correctly united and put their differences aside. Often that occurred when 1 party among them overruled the others.
Or even a better example would be South Asia. If this policy had continued what is today Pakistan would be divided into 30 + entities and India into 1000's.
To me it seems (when reading about contemporary history) that the West (being a direct neighbor of the Arab world) is doing everything in their power in order to create divisions within the Muslim world (we are not helping ourselves in this regard by creating themselves as well) and the rulers/dictators/whatever you want to call them, are also working alongside this policy in order to keep their thrones intact.
Unity is strength.
The Arab family won't become a reality unless America is kicked out of the region, as long as foreigners will retain the role of security brokers there will always be resistance. And you're being too optimistic about Iraq, Yemen, Palestine, Syria and Libya. There's a lot of bad blood here that won't just disappear. The only family right now is the lackeys of America in the region. Gulf and Saudis and their Israeli cousin.
There is better than an Arab "NATO" .. It is called the Soul of Arabism.. it goes from Iraq to Morocco,, with a population mass of around 500 million people.. this is a fact, despite what external views are.. and don't get me wrong.. this mass will also mobilize if Islam is threatened.. because it is its key motivation of this Arabism.. in the first place..What's the purpose of American bases in the region if the dynasties don't need any protection?
We live in an era of nationalism, pan-Arabism was something that was tried in the past with the unification of Syria and Egypt. It has lost popularity now. There will be no Arab Nato or Eu.

Your heart is not part of it at this level.. this is on the Arab hearts only.. so we can understand you.. just read my post before this one.. post # 30..where's the headquarter located? in my heart is not the right answer.
Of course..since you're not An Arab..it is normal..What is that? Never heard of this term before.
