yes Russia gave Syria free weapons and free military equipment and nukes.... right... you really think Russia backing to Syria is the same backing Israel gets from USA?? Israel attacked Syria many times, did Russia do anything? now if Syria attacked Israel, USA will be bombing Syria...
like I said before, Israel is only strong in the region is because it has the west and couple "Arab" nations (traitors) backing them...

Realy funny that a majority thinks Syria is stronger. Syria attacked Israel several times and had most of the time a terrain advantage fighting and defending itself from strategic good positions at Golan Hights but was anyway defeated by Israel. So when Syria risks a Open War with Israel and not a dirty War like Hamas ans Hisbollah (hiding themself in civil Areas) then the answer should be clear. Israel has the best Air Forcein theregion and has a highly professional Army based on initiative of lower Ranked Officers (called Auftragstaktik in German) while most Arab Armies prefer a more centralized C&C system which is a weakness in combat situations.
