When the true downfall of Pakistan began

Nonsense.
Firstly, Bhutto had the mandate for his 'socialism' via the 1971 elections. That was the zeitgeist of the 1960s, right or wrong. Also, it is an urban myth that his socialism 'destroyed' Pakistan. Some large industries were 'nationalized' but not most of the industry. My family has bees in textile mill business since before the Partition of 1947 and still have a prosperous textile mill in the SITE area of Karachi. We more than survived Bhutto's nationalization. If anything, I am very glad the workers were given some 'rights'! I still remember in front of our textile mill office small signs/boards appeared for something like 'Employees Age Old Benefits' in the 1970s. Workers were given rights even if it meant my family had to cough up some extra money.

Quit exaggerating Bhutto's 'socialism'!! It had some negative impact but it was not something that destroyed Pakistan. Under Ayub Khan, a guy I deeply admire like I admire Musharraf, wealth was too concentrated. You know the fabled '22 families' having bulk of the Pakistani wealth??

PS. The famous 'CHHIPA' welfare organization based in Karachi are my distant relatives. The word 'CHHIPA' is derived from 'Cheepa' which is a clan from India of which I am a part of, and the word literally means 'printers' as from textiles!
Small correction, Bhutto had zero mandate especially since he was trounced by a country mile by Mujeeb in '71 election. Commentary karwalo landay kay intellectuals say...

Again, rape is nowhere near as serious as literally suicide bombings and terrorist attacks.

And LeJ is a small timer in the terrorism aspect, TTP by far hogs the most amount of civillian deaths and terrorist attacks.

No, in Balochistan especially the 2 groups doing the most terrorism was LeJ and BLA.

LeJ was from Punjab and was listed in a lot of high casualty attacks, such as the Sri Lankan cricket team attack, Ashura bombings in Afghanistan, the massacre of 2013 in Quetta (which killed 130 people btw), 2015 Attock, and 2016 and 2019 Quetta bombings.

In a US hearing both LeJ, LeT, and TTP were painted in "equal light" in destablization.

"The Tehrik-i-Taliban, otherwise known as the Pakistani Taliban, and Lashkar-e-Jhangvi systematically
work to undermine the Government of Pakistan. Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed continue to launch attacks that risk sparking war between nuclear-armed India and Pakistan."

In Karachi it was MQM who plunged the city into chaos.

Even going off rape do I seriously have to repost that study from last time showing it's embedded into Pashtun culture? Bacha baazi is a far bigger issue in the rape category.

Only one province in the country declared a r4pe crisis having 4-5 r4pes daily.

Punjab Home Minister Atta Tarar said at a press conference that an increase in such incidents was a serious issue for society and government officials.

‘Four to five cases of rape are being reported daily in Punjab due to which the government is considering special measures to deal with cases of sexual harassment, abuse and coercion,’ he was quoted as saying by Geo News.

Even a goddamn British MP, not an ordinary guy, got booked for sexually assaulting a 15 year old boy

Why did people in the UK try to mark the distinction between "Mirpuris" and Pakistanis?

Or this guy here who said raping women and consent was part of "cultural differences"

A guy who got a 13 year old pregnant and trafficked a 15 year old said "we have not committed that big a crime" and deporting him to Pakistan "was a breach of human rights"

At this point does it it matter who caused it. If we are frank, it’s all of the above, in one way or another, to one degree or another, because we are still structurally in a bad place.

Now the question has to be, what can we do about solving our problem and growing as fast as possible, because we have such a backlog of needs to meet. Every day delayed, makes what needs to be done, take longer and be more painful.

We need a plan to reach at least 6% GDP per capita growth (7.9% GDP growth) that can be sustained for the next 25 years. Our average growth over the last 30 years was less than 2% per capita. Considering the population is expected to go from 230 million to 360 million; that would mean a GDP of $2.3 Trillion from the current $345 Billion. So we need a plan to make each person on average 6% more productive on average per year for the next 25 years.

Agreed.

We must start with the Sharifs, Zaradaris, Bhuttos, and Co.

Then move onto military Inc, and those who have been controlling an unfair monopoly on industries while refusing to pay tax.
If that were to happen, you’d have to cut through the meet in one go and swiftly.

LeJ is a largely irrelevant and inconsequential terrorist group in the grand scheme of things, in total it can only claim a very small portion of terrorist attacks in the country.

TTP has been and is the most significant threat followed by a weaker BLA.

Your quote only states the obvious by mentioning they undermine the national government. To compare LeJ to the TTP is simply disingenuous as TTP had once captured entire large areas of land and required military operations to recapture. They lead a series of attacks and suicide explosions across the entire country.

Using raw numbers here is useless as Punjab's population alone is greater than Sindh, Balochistan and KPK combined according to the 2017 census.

Sindh: 48 million

KPK: 36 million

Balochistan: 13 million

Punjab: 110 million.

If we take population difference into account, even 1-2 rapes committed a day in KPK means it is in a similar crisis, and 1 every 2 days in Balochistan means it is in a similar crisis.

Not to mention here that Punjab being more developed means cases actually get reported more often. In 2021 Islamabad alone registered double the rape cases of the whole of Balochistan, despite Islamabad only being a city of 1 million.

Also if we call that statistic a "crisis" with 4-5 rapes daily, then where does America sit with a woman being raped every 2 minutes according to this study?

"Crisis" is just a self-perception of the government and doesn't have any real technical meaning relative to the world.

If 5 rapes a day is a crisis, then America has even worse than a rape pandemic going on...
