British were benevolent dictators while Portuguese and their neighbouring cousin Spain used cruel tactics to enforce the religious dictat and destroy local culture.

Since 1857 when British empire took over from East India Company , as far as mass murder conducted by British is concerned, one can point at only Jalianwalla Bagh.

I do like those Portuguese villas in Goa though but they go for $$ these days. There is also one Hindu temple in Goa that looks so diffrent its nothing like the Vedic temple design we see in North but more European and Church like in nature.

ohh so u guys were not before 1947 , anyways today we are independent and strong and rising and a force to reckon with, while pakistan after 65 yrs is so weak that is bombed everyday without even an apology

At least we fought for our independence, how far did the almighty Pakistan get, they got kicked in a$$ by the US you partner and friend to whom you gave bases to operate, and today they are bombing your country whenever they want to and still nothing from your government.

Dude you shoudn't make fun of people unneccesary death.. I can also say that more people die in one day to poverty in India than the last 11 years of drone strikes in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen.
