1. China government is a form a governance which the people are the judge.

Look at US government decision-making process:

1. The majority of US citizens want to improve their infrastructure, no funding.
2. The majority of US citizens do NOT want to keep wasting money on Iraq and Afghanistan, keep funding.
3. The majority of US citizens want to punish Wall Street for 2008 financial crisis, the police beat shit out their own people to protect Wall Street, while those super rich got richer after 2008 financial crisis, huge year-end bonus.

US government is typical plutocracy, dictatorship covered by one man one vote.

So when I ask a simple question, are the deputies to the NPC elected, it draws a blank.
