Swimming phobia? Don't tell me you're afraid to drown? you're 6'3! lol.
Seriously tho -- swimming is good -- it tones and works your muscles. You won't get too big , but at the same itme, you'll see definition in 2 months of swimming. Like for me -- i don't really do heavy lifting unless its for my legs and lower body. For upper body, i don't want to get too big. Toning is the thing now.
PS. how did you hurt your neck?
