Arabic mujhe aati hai,but not so fluently,kyounke meine zayatar waqt indian,phalestnian,iranian and malaysian friends ke saath guzaara hai tau unke saath amooman english mein hi baat hoti thi..
Nationality?????????????????..nahi zaki bhai kuwait ka law hai ke kisi ko bhi kuwait ki nationlity nahin deni isisliye mujhe nahi meri family ko aur nahi kisi aur expatriate ko nationality mili hai.

aur since you were born there......you should have auto-grasped the national language arabic as you been to those arabic schools i assume

Yes because it's an international school,not kuwaity,but in kuwait also things have changed in past 10 years,like sometime ago,if you ask any kuwaity passerby about any address or anything in english,he would answer ''wala mai a3raf shunu kalam inte''(really don't know what are you speaking or saying),but now things have changed,even kuwaity people are sending thier students to english schools instead of arabic, and now in street, they will speak very well english with you.
