What kind of global power will China be?

The kind of "Global power" I want to see from China is for them to become like the Soviet Union.

Then I pray to see China disintegrate similar to what happened to the Soviet Union, then this part of the world would be a happier place.

China is not made up of republics, but rather provinces. China is different from the Soviet Union. Just because they are communists does not mean they are the same as Russians. The Chinese look to their economy as the most important.
Note: China is more like economic socialist than communist. The CPC is changing.

The cold War was very good for the ordinary people in western Europe, particularly here in Germany. Because of the system competition our government and comapnies were forced to prove that we are the better and fairer system, which menas a great distribution of wealth to all workers. Since the collapse of the Soviet and East Germany there is no incentive to do so and ever since our wages have stagneted and the wealth gap has widened drastically.

What do other countries think about China? And what about the minorities in China?

A bully and a neighborhood thug who flexes its mighty muscles and threatens its smaller neighbors. What a way to cap a sterling economic performance by also becoming an international evil. And what is even more evil about China is that it is being governed right now by greedy regime in its Maoist disposition, making this regime one of the most evil in this world right now.

Such arrogance on the part of the Chinese eventually pushes them to a collision course with many countries. Declaring the legality of its claims but refusing to yield to International law other than what is favorable to itself and refusing even to agree on negotiating a Code of Conduct with its peaceful neighbors other than its dictated mode. These are all strong-arm tactics that takes advantage of its size and new-found economic power with an increasingly military display in the high seas. China should stop its irresponsible behavior and needs to behave as a regional super power responsibly to gain respect.
