china is a global power not by virtue of its globality, but by denying globality and any cosmopolitan pretensions to anglo-saxon geopolitical interests and values in continental east asia. in other words, to be a world class power, it is enough for china to deny anglo-saxons' access to our quarter of the sky. we become global powers along with brazil, russia and franco-germany by limiting anglo-saxon influence to north america.

That's because there's no more territorial acquisition for US left, if they were to make Iraq, Afghanistan or Libya another US state the international community would be condemning the US for imperialism/colonialism. The disputes China is having with its neighbors have been going on for a while and has nothing to do with growing mature. If bombing countries for their own agenda without making them into a colony is called mature then i guess US is probably the only country who is mature.

Basically China has had territorial ambitions on its neighbors since antiquity. It is no wonder they are wary of China. Every day it is shown more and more that China is not cut out to be a global power. China is the most likely country to start the next devastating war, all for its own ego and nationalist pride.

It's also no wonder why the world is wary of USA. Having military posts in every corner of the world, diving Korea in 2 parts right after WW2, having the most military operations for the past decades, involving themselves in one war after another. Having black sites all over the world for torture/interrogation purposes and missile shield. All these actions reflect the US ambition of world domination and then you want to convince us the disputes China is having at the moment is a source of concern for a peaceful world. If China exports 60% of its GDP then all the fat statistics feed the export lines not the people. The Chinese people get only 40% of the GDP which is a bit less than India's GDP. So the Chinese people ask--- what is in for me in these fat statistics?
