So if I write in a book or post here that 'Qamar is a traitor because he makes anti-Pakistan statements', would that become true just because I wrote it?

You blatantly believe in one man's words in a book and regurgitate it everywhere you deem suitable!!
did i make any anti pakistan statements? lol

well the book seemed credible thats why.

You comments are for Pakistan that it was not created for. You seem to want a secular Pakistan, and if that's what people who sacrificed their lives for during partition had also wanted, Pakistan wouldn't have been created!

Credible to you but you are in the minority and it's ok to be confused ;)

pakistan need to be secular for a reason because people are abusing islam left and right. our religion is being used as tool for some people. being secular isn't that bad brother just look it up. it doesn't mean we become atheists or something. secularism simply means separate of religion from government which is ok.

Sharia Law is different for many ... so please explain your understanding of what you consider to be Sharia Law, so that I can answer according to your understanding of it.
Just as an example.
Articles 203a to 203j of the constitution establish a sharia court with the power to judge any law or government actions to be against Islam, and to review court cases for adherence to Islamic law. The penal code includes elements of sharia. Under article 5, section 2 of the Ordinance No. VII of 1979, whoever is guilty of zina, "if he or she is a muhsan, be stoned to death at a public place; or if he or she is not a mushan, be punished, at a public place, with whipping numbering one hundred stripes".Under a 2006 law, rape cases can be heard under civil as well as Islamic law.

How would secularism help when people vote on the advice of an Islamic cleric,or head of a tribe,a warlord etc?

Don't take this personal, this scenario is just to get you thinking: So you wouldn't mind your sister wearing mini-skirts (& receive lots of male attention) in public because it has become a trend amongst some of her classmates and the government allows it too? Heck, if there is now law against it, how can you legally enforce her not to wear such clothes?! Do you want to see your family members drinking alcohol and wearing exposing clothes just like some lost Pakistanis/Muslims souls do in USA/UK etc?

One loses core values due to secularist laws. And one can't enforce religious values and laws in a secularist state either!

im a muslim pakistani first bro.. why you guys putting me in a group?

Pakistan's constitution has a lot of shortcomings. What you have quoted is a very common argument being used. The issue is that punishment is what it is, how it is investigated is another. Under Sharia Law, for Zina to be proven there are a minimum number of witnesses who must have seen the act (without the covers on!). Then there is the question of integrity check of the witnesses as well so relevant Sharia Law should be applied there as well.

So if Sharia Law was fully applied, then it would be extremely difficult to prove and rule that Zina has occurred. It is the selective application which causes problems and raises questions as you have.

I have a question, which TV anchor sides whom. Any knowledgeable may mention his views. Thanks

because there is no real separatist movement. All are foreign supported. If there is real separatist movement then it is little bit in Balochistan. Which also supported by india in form of bla blf like stuff etc
