So you are saying that the Indian Navy knew there was a possible enemy nuclear submarine within firing distance, yet they sat back and twiddled their thumbs, and pretended nothing was happening?

If true, that is criminal negligence.

You are missing the main point here..its a 2 front war against india not pak...so if china chooses to fight in Pak that means both Pak and chines forces are combined against india not against pak...so your whim that indian infrastructure will not be damaged is just a delusions will remain fantasies rather it may cease to exist.
