Pakistan has no scope of economy development. And whatever is happening now is Chinese asset not Pakistani.
So China can hit Indian assets in Pak and India can hit Chinese assets in Pak.

PLA outnumbers in both numbers and equipment indian forces by atleast 3-4 times
so doesnt make sense to count pakistan in too

the numbers of either j-10s >300 or su 30/27 >300 alone is more than what IAF operates as 4th gen ACs
the same is true for number surface ships in Naval arms and equipment in the army

Yes, that's why India only kicked up a fuss about it after an Indian twitter user spotted the submarine on Google maps after it had surfaced and docked at Karachi port.
