What can Imran khan do if courts interferes in everything

. .
He needs a team of the best lawyers, judges, Islamic Scholars, political scientists, and other experts in the subject matters under consideration, whom he is able to gather together, then review the cases pending to find out the best way to fight them. This team should also propose reforms that would make the judiciary more effective and quicker (to ensure swift justice while still adhereing to due diligence)

Present these reforms to his party and make it a part of his platform for the next election. If he is elected with a majority it will be assumed these reforms will take place.

Interim technocrat government with Islamic credentials answerable to fauj.

If anyone fails, remove them immediately and decide positions on merit.

We need a clean break from N, PPP, JI, JUIF, MQM.

lol

most of his cabinet is counting on this agent of chaos to push the country towards more secular enlightened moderate legislation while his support group is from Ertugul like you still drunk on populist slogan of electoral politics.

amish !

this scam could be prevented earlier if he had not appointed those involved in such corruption to various offices in first place now only blaming judiciary will not solve problem as JKT was already disqualified by sc on charges of corruption before he was given authority to influence economic decisions of govt

.
This is the main point. We simply need a mechanism for the judiciary to be held accountable as well.
Honestly he needs to have one on one meeting with CJ Gulzar to ask him about the performance of the judiciary. It's stupid system we have in Pakistan where judiciary cannot be questioned and they can do as they please.

Our system is so pathetic that PM is supposed to be the strongest man in the country yet he is held hostage by COAS, CJ, President and parliament, with each exerting their own influences in different spheres. No wonder we have been floundering for 70+ years.

Courts will never let it happen GOP is right now in SC for allowing Reference against Justice Faiz Isa to be put before Supreme Judicial council and the entire Bench is trying to save Faiz Isa. The Bench keeps on justifying that Faiz Isa is not responsible for Properties of his wife and Kids as they are not dependent on Him. They keep Repeating this in Every Hearing.

They know if they put him before SJC for Undeclared Properties of Spouses and Children then their turn wont be far behind. Fiaz Esas Family bought 2 apartments worth 515,000£ Pounds with cash in 2013 when he was in Baluchistan High court at a time when his kids were barely out of college. The Evidence is there But SC is stonewalling. If there is a problem in Reference or how the evidence has been collected then they should throw it out and ask the SJC to investigate Faiz ESa on their own. These are the same courts that let a Person accused of Blackmailing Judges go.

These Judges are not even Ready to Be held accountable by Supreme Judicial Council which in turn is headed by the Judges themselves. In my Opinion rather than Picking Fights GOP should wait for Senate Elections then Bring Legislation for judicial reforms and Oversight. Bringing a Proper Legislation at this time is problematic as Opposition will have to be taken on board and Compromises will have to be made in order to pass it and any Radical Reforms wont happen due to this.

What Pakistan actually needs is a Legislation that makes it Criminal for Public office Holders, Military, Judiciary and Bureaucrats and their Wife and kids from holding any assets overseas and holding Foreign Nationalities. They and their Families must use Public schools and Hospitals. The nations we like to give examples of have progressed only due to this Mindset. If our Leaders keep on planning to Leave this country after retirements then they will never be honest with this Country. I know it is Hard but that should be the price if one wants to be part of State apparatus other wise leave.

The best person for the job who is loyal to the goal should be considered, supervised/advised by those with the right credentials. If an official fails, it depends on why they fail. If the cause is gross negligence or something obviously preventable then they should be dismissed, but people make mistakes. It’s hard to get top tier experts who are also loyal, so they shouldn’t be cast aside so easily. If people are afraid to fail they will not be bold.

Also justice needs to be quick and the laws clear and enforced so that regular citizens can take that into account. Arbitrary justice or just delayed has a way of disrupting society worse then other failures of government administration.

The judicial , i.e Court system of Pakistan has experienced full wrath of Cancer , and now it is none functional asset and a burden on Pakistan's Economy and Society

1- The court workers demand high salaries
2- They like cases to go on and on for 2-3 years so they can continue to milk salaries
3- They like to support corrupt so that they can make massive amount of cash
4- Government Court Employees demand , perks vacation , servants , fuel , home , bills paid for , cars , mistresses
5- Political Parties , entice Judges to hinder policies of opponent parties
6- The language of court's business is kept in foreign language and words are so difficult to understand that a common man don't know what are their rights and Courts excel in such language
7- 95% Of cases are extended why ?????? Because Lawers make money on long cases

Even if a muder video is brought into court as proof they will claim they cannot accept video evidence - but allow a convicted fellon like Nawaz Sharif to go first class ticket out of country to retire in London

When , a none Court institute demands investigation , the Politicians burn the whole audit center by a mysterious "FIRE"

The only way forward is for the good citizens of Pakistan to get politically involved, educate yourself, gain experience, become highly influencial, make your own political party to reform Pakistan. To make Pakistan a strong country it will take decades unfortunately.

You are asking to play the game when the odds are heavily stacked against you and have no chance of winning, and we already have that citizen who has done what you speak of and he is losing because the game is rigged, instead of wasting another decade in this hopeless dream I say go for the direct solution regardless of the consequences, break the game and create a new one.

That's fine and dandy but who the fck is going to implement these when the corrupt politicians and their puppets whether in the judiciary or elsewhere have the head start for the past 50 odd years and will resist any changes every step of the way?

Judges are silent cancer and the biggest problem for Pakistan. Pakistan will not move forward until and unless they are executed.

Judges are hailed when the decisions are in your favor and when you need a stay on investigations aka Peshawar Metro. They just need to be executed when the decisions are against you, right?

this nation deserves nawaz sharif
actually they deserve gulags but for now zardari is fine
or bilawal
leave imran
u bring anyone in this country we still will fail cos this country is not for democracy
we need authoritarian regimes very very heavy handed one
being eunuchs wouldn’t make any difference

Democracy is a failure even in the US, you have sold out congressman and politicians that do the biding of the corrupted rich, they resist in the passing of reforms that may be beneficial for the country if those reforms harm those corrupted rich in some way and the cycle repeats itself, if you want to know how corrupt the American democratic system really is just watch John Oliver's show Last Week Tonight on YouTube.

He is head of the state. He should have some pull in the courts, no?
Where the “accountability across all boards” drive gone?

You mean the head of the state should also be the judge and jury and should dictate the judiciary? Where was this 'spirit' before PTI Government?

Honestly he needs to have one on one meeting with CJ Gulzar to ask him about the performance of the judiciary. It's stupid system we have in Pakistan where judiciary cannot be questioned and they can do as they please.

Perhaps the CJ should enquire about the performance of the PTI Government which rots the entire nation. And again, where was this 'spirit' when a sitting PM was sent packing by the same Judiciary? Weren't you lot going crazy with ecstacy??

Our system is so pathetic that PM is supposed to be the strongest man in the country yet he is held hostage by COAS, CJ, President and parliament, with each exerting their own influences in different spheres. No wonder we have been floundering for 70+ years.

And now you have a problem with the same COAS who supported the PTI government through each and every failure; the same institution of the Military which has guided and help ascend the PTI Government from Shuja Pasha to date with unwavering support from the Judiciary where JT is disqualified and IK is not for the same crime; where no arrest is undertaken or trial conducted against a man who instigated attacks on National institutions, started a failed movement of civil disobedience and held the capital hostage for 3-4 months!!!

Niazi should resign and face the courts for corruption.

He is incapable of governing Pakistan.

You think his mind is capable of concluding that?

Can a sitting elected PM of Pakistan, regardless of what court says, release a order, as a chief executive of Pakistan, and force his will? Is it constitutionally allowed? If not then where are the lines drawn between powers of executive and judiciary?

The PM can only do what the LAW allows him to do; under the constitution of Pakistan. If he wants to do otherwise, he needs amendments for which he requires 2/3rd majority in the parliament and senate.

Even when such a law is passed, the Judiciary can invoke judicial review to ensure that the proposals and amendments are within the constitution otherwise any tyrant can run away with the country by becoming a KING!
