What can Imran khan do if courts interferes in everything

Imran don't want to do anything, and for him, everything seems perfect, as people around him are the same, which were active in previous govts. I mean, name a single guy who was never active with any other party, and is only discovered by Imran PTI.
For me, concept of democracy was already dead, when I saw Imrans doings in first 6 months.
Now, I strongly believe that only a dedicated group, comprising of dedicated bureaucrats can do something for this country.
We saw everyone else.

I can say a lot but then I will end up saying some really unpleasant things about Pakistanis.
Pakistanis are very found of making "groups". After creating "Groups" they think they can be above all.
They use the groups to exert pressure mostly for wrong things and for wrong reasons.
In the end, these groups gradually becoming powerful and law in to themselves.
Judiciary and the lawyers are two such groups.
This is Pakistanis nature, which can even be seen on this forum.

Its unfortunate, Judiciary, military, beurocrats, elite, politicians, police, mafias. Everybody is looking after it's own connections and interests.
What are you supposed to do to stop corruption and bring in reforms? How will you look after Pakistan and its interests?

PDF members need to learn the actual events which take place in the real world. If for example a honest PM takes action against corrupt mafia then he is shooting himself in the foot. The mafia guys have huge connections, they will all gang up and take him out. If you make the Judiciary weak and PM very strong then the corrupt PM will control the judiciary, which means even more corruption.
If we are to bring in a revolution and bring a new constitution, then this will lead to violence.

The only way forward is for the good citizens of Pakistan to get politically involved, educate yourself, gain experience, become highly influencial, make your own political party to reform Pakistan. To make Pakistan a strong country it will take decades unfortunately.

PTI government promised a new reformed Pakistan, I dont accept any excuses from them. We need atleast 1 court, 1 Police station, 1 Hospital, 1 University, 1 lawyer firm which is corruption free. This will give the people some hope. What have they done so faar? Can they not find 5 corruption free Judges, 10 corruption free police officers, all to set up a new role model police station and court? Use Islamabad to set up a model, all Pakistanis would know that the police station, court, lawyer firm in Islamabad is where you get justice, they may not be able to help whole public but atleast those who visit their would know the changes.

We need to abolish the current British colonial justice system and replace it with Islamic jurisprudence as mandated by our constitution. All colonial remains must be fully cleansed.

This just shows that the judicial system formed under 1973 constitution is inherently flawed. Pakistan needs to totally abolish the current judicial system and establish a new one with proper limits defined for the courts.

............... and corrupt judiciary in order. They can make it must for judges to declare assets and a merit committee for their appointment. They need to introduce new reforms for judge recruitment, I never understood why only lawyers are appointed judges based on their legal experience and careers....ppp/pmln appointed their puppet judges from within their own legal team friendly connections..and these judges protect their masters with all their power...prime example is the Lahore hight court judges.......Why is there no exams such as CSS affiliation for the appointment of high court judges on complete merit. A majority in the senate is a must for every kind of impending reforms. As of today, PTI govt issues presidential ordinances to cover that senate lacking...and that is not enough.

This has also been a mystery for me, I personally think that a Judge should be recruited in the same way as bureaucrats are recruited by passing through CSS type examination and a series interview processes.

Ameen, we should look to guidance to other Islamic countries like Afghanistan, Iran, and Ottoman Turkey to establish Islamic qazi and jirga style of justice for all of Pakistan.

IK talked about this many times, but it needs implementation. British common law is simply inapplicable to Pakistan.

The common man to the rich one need to be afforded the same justice. Anyone who alters justice to benefit corrupt should be given severe punishments. We should start by retroactively enforcing such punishments, we can see then how much of LHC and IHC are left.

But certainly not CSS type high quality exam, also the candidates are always lawyers which is unfair for LLB/LLM degree holders who have no interest to become lawyers but only want to become Judge. Who told you CSS is a high quality exams? CSS is pathetic system copied from old colonial mentality who has destroyed our whole bureaucratic structure.

Brothers, to implement Islamic system, you need strong Muslims.

No where in the world where judges appoint judges and then judges are accountable to judges only.
