I haven't seen other films of RH but I agree that the ending is one of the best cinematic moments.
I would suggest at least these (in no particular order) when you have a little time:
Ladyhawke (already mentioned by @VCheng )
Nighthawks
The hitcher (he is crazy good at being the mysterious, effed up psychopath bad guy)
Soldier of Orange (my personal favourite of his along with Bladerunner of course)
Wanted: Dead or Alive (its a re-interpretation of a steve mcqueen classic)
Of course can check if the synopsis interests you first.
@Joe Shearer @GeraltofRivia @Mage @Zibago @Avicenna
I bet no one knew about this.
If you really got da bloozI think @Zibago will like this one.
I believe the word you are looking for is shantiesHmm, traditional British pirate songs ??
it was on a cold and stormy nightCould understand bits and bytes of it.
Speaking of pirates/privateers....
At one point we dominated the silly yanks out in the seas, great lakes and st lawrence... (till they simply outgrew us)...
Canada can be that nation again! Make Canada great again!
Was that Canada as the British proxy, or was it Canada as we know it now that dominated the silly Yanks?

@Indus Pakistan ... more of that "ideology split" stuff I was on about for North America...this time in a song. Very popular song among Canadian mariners/sailors (my buddy who introduced this song to me...his dad is a Navy veteran)....never forgotten...darn yankee clippers!
